VANEST A single shaft shredder (1 shaft shredder) is particularly suitable for shredding large quantities of post-consumer, household and industrial waste. The rugged construction makes the machine ready for heavy and intensive use.

The crushed materials can be sold as raw materials or processed by other equipment to produce other products.

According to the type of crushed material, the production capacity of this series of single shaft shredders is between 300kg/h-5000kg/h.

One Shaft Shredder Introduction
V series 1 shaft shredder is used in the small-to-medium material size reducing and waste recycling in various industries.
Being the smallest shaft shredder in our product line, its throughput is from 300kg to 2000kg/hr. It mainly handles plastic lumps and rejects, wood, paper wastes to obtain uniform particle size. Features low speed, high torque and compact structure. In a harsh environment, shredder machines can maintain good stability and reliability. Wiscon’s unique screen and 4 types of shredder rotor can be selected according to material characteristics.
